How Hypnosis Works
Basically, hypnosis is a combination of Belief and Imagination. It works when all the will power you’ve tried has failed. In my experience, I have witnessed amazing transformations within a few sessions!
Will power is a function of the Conscious mind. When your Subconscious mind is influenced by your imagination the affect is much stronger! Remember Albert Einstein’s statement, “Imagination is more important than knowledge.”
When there is a battle between will power and imagination, what you allow yourself to experience in your imagination will manifest in your body and life. There is a proven fact that the central nervous system cannot tel the difference between a real experience and one that is vividly imagined. The new science of Quantum Physics explains how the energy of your thoughts, both positive and negative, can and does affect the cells of your body.
Through hypnosis we use imagination and relaxation to re-train the subconscious mind to better suit your present needs. Undesirable habits can disappear while new constructive replacements are created instantaneously and automatically. By using mental rehearsals, you can program in the behavior you want and over-ride old negative habits, doubts, fears, and behaviors.
