What are the first steps we need to imagine and put our dream into action. With each step your imagination joins in to offer other alternatives and choices! Liken this to small branches growing out of the supporting branch that just keeps growing longer supplying additional availabilities! What a joyful expansion of ideas!

Now, it’s as if we’re on the train and moving forward. Slowly and cautiously at first, since this is new and can sometimes take us out of our comfort zone! But now at this point, we have to acknowledge that needed change evolves by moving into previously unexplored territory. If we want different circumstances in our life, we cannot stay stuck in the same place and making the same choices we always have! However, once we’ve been challenged and conquered the initial stress of moving forward, the exhilaration we feel is certainly worth the effort….both emotionally and physically.
